What are some things you've learned in the equity crowdfunding world you think others would find valuable?
A few things I look for in companies, in order of importance:
Profitable - Can't beat a company simply looking for rocket fuel
Traction - A company with millions of revenue lined up can mean a running start and big payoff if they deliver.
Prior exits - Great founders are just as important as great ideas. Often they go hand in hand. People that have exited once can often do it again.
Let me hear your thoughts!
