Alot of people were pretty surprised about how low the valuation was here given how much momentum they have. One thing to note was people were getting as much as 40% bonus shares too. I got 25% bonus shares so my average is $.91. Great update though! Thanks for the post!

Convertible Note from prior round
The previous round on StartEngine was raised on a convertible note with a $12M valuation cap. These notes converted on 10/1/21 at $7.72 per share. Prior to launching this round the company performed a 30 for 1 forward stock split - splitting every one share of the company into 30 shares, thus reducing the price per share.

30 for 1 share... SHOOOOOT. That's wild. I saw this one but their product was delayed quite a bit and their CEO wasn't too upfront so I passed (and likely will continue) personally
